Defra (UK Department for Environment Food and Rural Communities)Contained Composting in the Waste Industry project. A one-year project (£162,000 funding from Landfill Tax Credits) to determine the technical and cost efficiency of using a batch tunnel composting system to process the main UK organic wastes.
